Used them for years, an everything was pretty good, decent fair to airport. Recently the service is terrible. Dispatcher will tell you 10-15 minutes every time then you end up waiting 1/2 hour plus. They don’t seem to care. Would no longer recommend. Switching my taxi service for Airdrie

Driver was very polite and a great person to have a conversation with. The only problem is he should clean the inside of the van. Dirt on floor and old coffee cup kids under the seats. Highly recommend Diamond cabs tho

The driver charged me $90 for making first stop at North Caribou air and then dropped me at main airport building....I have no problem paying this amount, but when I requested him to make two bills he failed to do so. Seems he doesn't understand what splitting the bill means. Using Airdrie Cab for last 3 years....but this is not a good service. This time I have to drop my wife at North Caribou Air location before dropping me at the main airport building. Thanks Abir

My driver arrived early for a scheduled trip to the airport. Cab was clean and in good working order. I switched to Diamond several years ago after being told by a competitive outfit, even after I questioned them, that the airport run was no longer a flat rate fare and I have been very happy with the consistency of their service and friendly drivers
